It's weird how sometimes you meet those people that you just click with, you can go years knowing people who are just acquantances to you then all of a sudden a group of amazing people who humor, amuse, and astound you appear. Whether they be the guy you will eventually fall for (despite your best efforts), the girl who will end up being your best friend, the kid you explore the world with, the kid you explore coffee with, the group who will challenge you intellectually and humorously in ways you never imagined, the group who will force you to be the real you to everyone you meet, or the group who you just seem to have fun with.
It's amazing how you meet these people when you are least expecting it, and it is amazing how little and how much they can mean to you at the same time.
I'm not one to pretend to know of fate, or have some belief in soul mates (as in souls who know each other, not lovers) but sometimes you just feel drawn to people and it truelly is shocking how you get along with them. I wish these days happened more often and I wish I had the courage to attempt to remain friends with these people ... alas this is my recurring dilema
When and How do you ask to become friends (outside of how you met them) with someone?
